Mobile App Redesign

CHALLENGE

My role at Adaptive Health centered around re-designing the IntelliCare mobile app so that the 6 apps which currently exist as a group could be integrated into one streamlined mobile app.


SOLUTION

Evaluating current mental health digital technology trends, competitors, as well as understanding evolving healthcare approaches during the pandemic, I provided Adaptive Health with an entirely new integrated and singular app experience, including an entirely new design system and user flow for the app relaunch.

IntelliCare

Aims:

  • Support and provide practices and techniques to reduce and improve anxiety and depression symptoms

  • Provide coaches (healthcare professionals and care managers) access to support users through chat features, assessment scores from users, and usage reports that allow coaches to encourage users in continuing engagement with the app

User

Primary Users:

  • Individuals with self reported anxiety and depression

  • Individuals seeking to better their own mental health and learn techniques and/or practices to support this goal

Secondary Users:

  • Coaches (care managers and health professionals) who guide and encourage users through chat, follow up calls, and other interactions with users of the IntelliCare app
