I’m passionate about solving real problems that people face. I’m fascinated by psychology and design, always observing and analyzing human behavior and cultures. More specifically, I’m interested in how psychology, human behavior and design intersect. Diving into a complex problem space and working through it to find a solution is my jam!

My educational background is from the University of Minnesota where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Past roles have ranged from customer experience design and strategy to visual merchandising, supply and logistics, as well as business steering and designing user experiences in both physical and digital spaces.

I have a unique and thorough understanding of both users and customers, their behavior and shopping habits with a large focus on customer journeys throughout multi-channel touchpoint experiences within large retail organizations and their respective digital platforms.

I always jump at any chance I have which involves working outside of the digital space; whether that’s evaluating, creating, understanding and testing physical and tactile products and/or prototypes. I’m a major advocate for accessibility and accessible design, always striving to keep this as a priority in my work, ensuring I’m designing an inclusive experience for all people.
